SS0511 – VROM 8KByte, Low Power, Low Voltage

SHORT DESCRIPTION

The synchronous ROM is optimized for very low voltage supply (from 1V to 1.95V).

The storage core allows to save 8Kbyte data. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 70°C (free air).

The part presents a chip enable signal (CEN). When CEN is low, the cell is forced into read mode. When CEN is high, the cell is forced into standby mode and the output signals keep the value of the last read byte.
